William brings a people-first mindset and a deep commitment to service to Coastal Haven Insurance Partners. With roots in retail leadership and redefining the client experience, he spent years leading nationally recognized brands including Under Armour, Michael Kors, and Old Navy, where delivering exceptional customer experiences wasn’t optional, it was the expectation. That same philosophy now drives how he serves insurance clients.

William has lived on Hilton Head Island for over 15 years and has been married for nearly 25 years. He and his wife are raising three children and are deeply invested in the Hilton Head community. Outside of work, William enjoys the beach, golfing, cycling, running, and traveling with his family. His faith plays a central role in his life, and he is actively involved at Hilton Head Presbyterian Church.

Giving back locally is a priority for William. He proudly supports Young Life, Hilton Head Aquatics, one of the oldest nonprofit organizations on Hilton Head Island, and Deep Well, which provides emergency assistance and support for basic needs like food, utilities, and housing to individuals and families across the Lowcountry.

He is committed to elevating the insurance experience by bringing clarity, responsiveness, and principled guidance to an industry that often feels complicated and impersonal.
